The Depth & Breadth of Life

The true depth and breadth of life lies in your capacity to give and receive LOVE. You see, the real meaning and greatest joys in life lie in your conscious awareness and embrace of this truth. It is through exchanges of love--compassion, kindness, forgiveness, humility, generosity, sincerity, honesty…anything GOOD--that you meet and reflect GOD’s goodness, mercy, and grace in the world.

Always aim to give love without reservation and let yourself be loved without hesitation. This is the most important lesson and the most blessed gift you will ever get or give. For you see, love is the guiding force behind all good intentions, well wishes, and kind acts. It is through your capacity to share love with each other that you interact with GOD’s presence.

Do not get stuck in the false realities of your external world—the must haves and accomplishments. These external trappings are only ornaments on the Tree of Life. They make you look pretty and add to your experience but they do not sustain you--only love sustains. Even without these decorations, you are still GOD’s most glorious creation in your own birth right and nothing or no one can change this most divine truth.

Live a life of real depth and breadth--significance and meaning--by living a life where you freely give love and let yourself be loved because it is in this divine exchange where you embrace GOD.

Three things will last forever--faith, hope, and love--and the greatest of these is LOVE.
