Intentions are a statement of purpose and desire for how you will move through your life’s journey. Your intentions drive your experiences and the quality of your life. Not everyone thinks of life as a series of intentions that make up the whole of who you are and that which you will experience, however, this is the case. Most people “intend” by default. They do not give conscious thought to what they are experiencing or accomplishing and how they are moving throughout their day. In every moment, you intend to experience or accomplish something whether you think about it consciously or not.
The key is awareness. Set your intentions on purpose and with purpose. For example…
Setting intentions allow you to create a mindset and a way of living that can exude positive energy. This positive energy allows you to experience all of the good that exists around you and lets you share this good with others. In this way, positive intentions elevate your experiences--situations, circumstances, and interactions with others--and lets the world experience the best of you while you experience the best of your world.
Start each day by creating your intentions for what you desire from the day and then be open to how the results present themselves to you. Acknowledge that the Divine is always responding to your requests in big and small ways.
