These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all websites owned and operated by Ellen Edmondson LLC, including ellenedmondson.com and highlyintuitivekids.com (collectively, the “Sites”). By accessing or using any of our Sites, registering for a service, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer spiritual coaching and mentoring, intuitive and mediumship readings (including Spirit Portraits and Auragraphs), group coaching programs, workshops, events, and related resources, including books, journals, and downloadable materials.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to participate in coaching, readings, or workshops.

• For family coaching involving children, a parent or guardian must be present at all times and provide written consent.

• We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from minors without parental involvement and consent.

3. Payment Terms & Refunds

• 1:1 Services (Readings, Coaching, Mentoring):

Payment is required in full at the time of booking (unless an installment plan is offered). Clients who choose an installment plan may be charged a slightly higher total fee to account for administrative and processing costs. These fees will be clearly outlined before purchase. Refunds are generally not provided due to the personal and energetic nature of these services. In rare cases, exceptions may be made at our discretion.

• Group Programs & Workshops:

Refunds are not provided once the program has begun. If you cannot attend a live session, recordings or materials (if provided) may be made available at our discretion.

• Physical Products (Books & Merchandise):

All sales are final. If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or exchange. Returns for reasons other than damage/defect are not accepted. Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

• Currency:

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Participation: You agree to show up on time for scheduled sessions, whether 1:1 or group.
• Preparation: You are responsible for completing any assignments, journaling, or reflection activities provided as part of a program to maximize your results.
• Respect: We expect respectful communication in all individual and group settings. Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.
• Technology: You are responsible for having the necessary technology (internet, Zoom, etc.) to participate in online sessions.
• Time Zones: All sessions and programs are listed in Eastern Time (U.S.). It is your responsibility to confirm the equivalent time in your local time zone.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Individual Sessions: If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

• Group Programs & Workshops: If you withdraw before the program begins, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are not provided once the program has begun. If you cannot attend a live session, recordings or materials (if provided) may be made available at our discretion.

• Company Cancellations: In the rare event that we must cancel a session, program, or workshop, you will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund, as appropriate.

• Events & Festivals: For in-person events (such as the Illuminate Festivals and others), attendees are responsible for their own travel, lodging, meals, and personal belongings. We assume no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

6. Disclaimer of Services

• All services, programs, and content provided by Ellen Edmondson LLC are intended for personal, spiritual, and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
• We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or experiences. Any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided are your sole responsibility. By participating in our services, you acknowledge that results vary by individual and that you assume full responsibility for your well-being.
• While many clients find personal meaning, inspiration, and comfort in the services offered, all sessions, readings, and programs are provided for personal and spiritual enrichment. They should not be relied upon as absolute predictions of the future or guarantees of specific results. Participation is a personal choice, and any insights received are intended to support reflection, growth, and connection.

7. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided — including but not limited to books, spirit artwork, program content, written guides, meditations, videos, and downloadable resources — remain the sole property of Ellen Edmondson LLC.
• You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, modify, or resell any materials without written consent.
• Any content you share in sessions or groups remains your intellectual property, though you grant us permission to reference de-identified examples for teaching or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

8. Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)

• All sales of books and merchandise are final.
• If a product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement or exchange.
• Returns for reasons other than damage/defect are not accepted.
• Buyers are responsible for any shipping costs related to returns or exchanges.

9. Media Release

By participating in services, workshops, or events, you grant permission for your image, voice, or written feedback/testimonials to be used in promotional materials (such as website, newsletters, or social media), unless you notify us in writing that you do not consent.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, technology outages, or other unforeseen events.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Good Faith Resolution: We aim to resolve any concerns directly and respectfully. Please contact us first with any issues.
• Mediation: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
• Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Clients outside the U.S. agree that any disputes will be handled under U.S. jurisdiction.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
